Position Overview:

As a team member, you will coordinate and execute day to day operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable showroom experience for all customers. This includes welcoming and greeting guests with enthusiasm, warmth and professionalism.  In addition, you will collaborate within a close-knit team, and support various functions within Inventory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain packaging inventory levels and restocking.
  • Coordinate with showrooms to manage and oversee location product inventory, ensuring inventory level accuracy.
  • Manage the security of goods and provide expertise on operational policy and procedure.
  • Manage and organize appointments for pick-ups, resizing, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising department to ensure accurate showroom displays.
  • Create memorable and personalized experiences for Brilliant Earth customers by providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in enforcing policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent 
  • Experience with inventory/ supply chain/ production in a product, retail, or ecommerce company preferred
  • Customer service experience in a retail and or hospitality environment preferred
  • A passion for providing exceptional service and experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
  • Exceptional time management skills and accountability
  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong computer skills
  • Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
