Position Overview:

Brilliant Earth is seeking an innovative and passionate Influencer Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Team. This team member will help accelerate new customer awareness and acquisition via Influencer Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to help drive performance throughout Brilliant Earth’s influencer program and beyond, in partnership with our collaborative, impactful brand team.

This is a six-month temporary-to-hire position. Onsite attendance, approximately 1x per week, is required.

What you’ll do:

Oversee day-to-day duties for influencer program, including but not limited to managing influencer communications, organizing campaign and posting timelines, establishing benchmarks and KPIs for campaigns, and performance reporting
Support recruitment, activation, and management of Brilliant Earth influencer partners
Build strategies to scale influencer relationships and impact
Help manage the Influencer campaign calendar (aligned with company campaign calendar), ambassador program, partners and tools for recruitment, contracting, monitoring, and management
Process and execute all gifted product fulfillment including overseeing influencer product selection, cross-functional partnership and product delivery tracking
Research and identify potential influencer partners and trending opportunities using all relevant social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and listening tools (ie. Aspiro.io, Dash Hudson, Brandwatch)
Assist with the building of influencer briefs and product line sheets
Nurture meaningful relationships with influencers to drive results, brand loyalty, and community growth on our owned social media channels
Facilitate timely completion of weekly reporting, campaign hind sights, status calls, and note taking
Collaborate with the social team to continuously assess and optimize influencer marketing efforts to ensure consistent improvement in performance of the channel
Develop a robust database of influencer talent for continual outreach for micro/mid-tier posting partners
Support content creation for Brilliant Earth’s owned social channels

You’re a great fit if you have:

2-4 years of influencer or general marketing experience
Passion for social media, with an intuitive sense for relevant trends and the influencer space
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and work cross-collaboratively with internal and external partners
Working knowledge of analytics, social listening, relevant social metrics, hashtag strategies and overall social media marketing platforms
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain highly organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience and understanding in content creation with an emphasis on TikTok
Action-oriented self-starter mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
