E-Commerce Production Associate – Brilliant Earth, Denver 

Position Overview:   

We are seeking a bright, motivated E-Commerce Production Associate with excellent attention to detail to join our E-Commerce Department. This position is responsible for maintaining an accurate, informative, and consistent experience for customers on our e-commerce product pages, through detailed management of product imagery and content. This includes ensuring successful initial product and adjustments for regular business updates, partnering with other departments to refine and grow the customer experience, and proactively auditing product content for accuracy.  Our Associates are dedicated to cultivating a joyful and luxurious consumer brand, with an emphasis on an exceptional user experience.   

Key responsibilities include:   

  • Execute site product uploads and updates, including product specifications, pricing, and imagery 
  • Execute product content updates and projects on our e-commerce site 
  • Execute a consistent audit schedule to maintain luxury brand standards 
  • Oversee the implementation and QA of experiences and functions of the digital experience 
  • Work closely with the development team to write requirements for new and improved site functionality 
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless digital experience 
  • Partner with cross functional teams, including design, to ensure cross-team projects are seamlessly executed and improve our overall digital consumer experience 
  • Troubleshoot, report, and QA website bugs relating to products and back-end functionality in partnership with internal teams and development team  

Specific qualifications include:    

  • Online product content interest, and preferably experience, in consumer-focused websites  
  • Experience working with web development teams on requirements and testing 
  • Keen design eye, with the ability to adhere to luxury brand guidelines    
  • Exceptional attention to detail    
  • Ability to work individually and as a team player to execute projects    
  • Excellent written and verbal communications    
  • Highly organized with focus on owning a project through all stages of execution    
  • Computer skills, including Excel    
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment    
  • Entrepreneurial attitude/self-starter    
  • Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products    
  • BA degree or equivalent, preferred 
  • CMS experience preferred  

The targeted cash compensation budget for this position is $45-60k. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
