Associate Product Manager, Digital Operations - Brilliant Earth
Brilliant Earth is hiring a hands-on Associate Product Manager who will play a key role in Brilliant Earth’s mission by automating and building processes for scalability and growth.
As the Associate Product Manager for the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for a wide range of projects, including creating workflows and configuring back-end Shopify integrations. You will also write requirements and communicate directly with our internal teams, as well as contracted developers, to deliver product enhancements, fix issues, and optimize back-end business processes through the creation of integrations, flows, scripts, and customized components. You should be proactive, innovative, and be able to identify areas for process improvement and offer solutions to enhance procedural efficiencies.
